A cold start at 9° as we headed to Port Kembla. We anchored over the Bombo wreck and could see a long way down. Descending you could make out the wreck at 14m. Visibility around 15m A large Bullray was sleeping beside the boiler and lots of fish around. The other guys found a Cuttlefish, I missed it.
The water was so flat we headed to Martins Island, and stopped half way there for a surface interval. After an hour or so, we headed to the SW end of the Martin Island Wall. Its a massive wall that drops from the surface down to 20m then a few boulders and down to 24m. Lots of soft corals and sponges growing. Had a Bullray come direct at from behind, then it turned and came back directly at me a swerved at the last moment. Got some cool pics of it.
