I have never dived Marys reef before and the terrain around here was quite nice. Some vertical walls, boulders overhangs, a little bit of fish life but great potential. All the regular Nudibranchs, including a Ceratosoma magnificum.
We did mark a spot off the Royal National park, just off the headland that looked like a big nose, you guessed it we called it the Nose. We had intentions of diving this for the second dive but the wind picked up and was a little uncomfortable so we dived Pizza Reef instead. Vis was great and water temp 22° Big schools of Bastard Trumpeter and Pike.
