after all the rain I wasn't expecting much, with Heinz & Rudy dropping out it left Leo and Myself. We decided that Port Kembla was going to be the best chance of getting a good dive, and it didn't disappoint. We had 15m visibility on the wreck. Water temperature was a nice 18° although I was wearing my drysuit. The anchor landed SW of the boiler just past the wrecj and the chain was wedged in a crevice of the hull. We swam east to the prop and then around into the penetration and out the top. Leo hung around the boiler and prop area while I explored the bow. A nice Cuttlefish was swimming in and out of a hole in the hull. A gret dive.
The Pinnacle not so good with only 10m vis on the bottom, there was a layer of 5mvis at the 8m to 15m mark. Leo had hurt his back so I dived solo here. Found a few PJ's a Wobbegong and a Octopus. A lot of fish in the overhangs.
