Home Back

Club boat dive to Osborne shoals. I was the first boat there and anchored above the cave. Water temperature was a nice 22°. Visibility around 8-10m. We headed east along the wall and then into the cut out, where we found a pygmy box fish. We turned and headed back the the anchor when an underwater sand storm hit us. Visibility dropped to less than 1/2m. By the time we got back to then anchor the vis picked up a little to 5m. A few nudibranchs around but an average dive.

Second dive for the day was Barrens Hut. Visibility here was 20m. Found a weedy Seadragon and all the usual fish and nudibranchs. A great dive.
