Rudy and Leo both dropped out so I reached out to the club and found 2 extra divers in a few minutes. Corey and Jane. So we headed out of Botany bay not expecting to much due to the rain through the week. Our first choice was Tupia Point. Visibility only 8m and a little cool at 17° Some nice rock formations and a couple of Moray Eels but not many fish around.
We saw Michael anchored at Bypass reef so after our surface interval we headed over to see what the conditions were like. He mentioned 20m viz and cold. We decided to give it a try. Visibility was only 10-12m by the time we dived, and we could see it getting dirtier, and it was a nice cool 16°. A lot of PJ's around and I managed to show Corey and Jane 2 Seahorses. Under one of the ledges we noticed a Giant Cuttlefish with what looked like a large Bastard Trumpeter in its mouth.
