Quite a rough day on the water, but not as much wind as was forecast. We looked at the Whale Watch Platform and it was just a bit rough with the swells heading straight for it, so we decided to dive Henry Head.
The visibility was great at 20m. Lots of schooling fish and a very large colourful sponge garden. Towards the end of the dive a pair of mourning cuttlefish.
The swells pick up a bit so we headed to Bare Island Deep Wall. Visibility was around 8-10m but not a lot of fish around. Did see a Eastern Spiny Gurnard. I actually did a 3rd dive here to recover a torch and a strobe but could not find the crevice they had dropped into. I marked the spot on GPS will return one day.
