Another early start with high tide at 8:18am we geared up at 6:30am and headed to the South West corner to dive the Deep Wall. Quite calm seas with a few high rollers every now and then, and at high tide its quite a challenge, as I found out. While trying to don my mask and fins I was hit by 2 large waves, one knocked me over and I dropped my fins, and the other washed one of my fins back to me and I grabbed it. Rudy saw the other fin sink. (It may be caught in some rocks and may be visible at low tide).
I decided to dive with one fin. We headed south from the end of the island and dropped over the Deep Wall. Vis was great at 10-12m and no current on the bottom. Not a lot of fish around but all the usual Nudi's.
