What a way to finish the year, my 104th dive was an average dive at Barren's Hut, with only 5m visibility, we anchored on the top of the split, then headed to the tunnel, over to the cave and then to the chimney. There was a large school of Bastard Trumpeters in the cave and on the western opening. A few pike swimming around and lots of nudi's on top of the split. Returning to the anchor I did see a Wobbegong swimming back towards the tunnel I followed it for about 10m but gave up after I lost it.
To finish off the day and diving for 2011, Osborne shoals put on a show, again with 20° water and 15m visibility. Lots of nudi's and the same school of Catfish hanging around from a week or so ago. A great way to finish the year.....
