A cold morning took us to Port Kembla, a quick call to the harbour master confirmed a ship arriving at 8:30am and clear for the rest of the day.
We headed out and saw the ship coming in, so we headed out to Pig Island and then ducked in behind the ship and anchored first attempt on the wreck of the Bombo.
Vis wasn't great but acceptable. Plan was to use 27% Nitrox and a long 40m bottom time, and quick decompression on 50% Nitrox.
While we were retrieving anchor, Leisure Coast Dive dropped their anchor on top of us, the anchor just missed me but the chain grazed my head. (Will drop a note to them during the week)
