My Mum & Dad live at Nerang on the Queensland Gold Coast, and we had a surprise 50th Wedding Anniversary party for them, this gave me an opportunity to Dive the Ex HMAS Brisbane.

What a great dive this is, just under a 2 hour drive from Nerang to Sunreef Dive they are a great mob.

The first dive of 2 is an orientation dive, and as I am pretty good on my air, I had 49 mins, the other 5 divers headed to the surface at 30 mins. The Divemaster, John, and I continued for a further 20 minutes exploring the wreck.

The second dive put us down into the engine room but deco time stopped us from doing to much, I spent the rest of 42 minutes around the stack.
