Lord Howe Island, Diving is great, visibility around 30m (on a bad day) lots
of coral and fish life.
Snorkelling is also great.
We flew in on Friday 1st December, Checked into the Milky Way and headed for Settlement Beach for a Snorkel. A lot of coral has died here from some very low tides recently but its still pretty good.
We headed down town for a look and saw that Pro Dive was open so I checked in there and was convinced to go out diving on Sat. It was great. After the diving we headed to Neds Beach for a look there. Well the fish are big there. Yellow Fin Tuna (well they look like that) about 1-1.5m in length swim around.
More snorkelling and diving over the next few days. A week is not enough.....Better go back next year.
